The Princeton reverb represents an optimal tube amp for many of today's guitar players. Small enough to carry (even by bus or tram) to small gigs, and it sounds so good! That Blackface Fender clean sound is well known from so many classical records since the 60s. Both the tremolo and the reverb sound great and crown the traditional pure Fender sound.

The Princeton reverb is the recommended first Blackface project - it’s easy to build and worth every cent.

General principles of building the kit

Always check first that all parts are included in the delivery. If you find any deficiencies, please get in touch with us by email (orders @ uraltone.com). Note that the components may look slightly different than in the photos.

Read the parts list (BOM) and layout notes carefully. Layout picture and parts list are always up to date where these photos are used to get the idea of the assembly procedure. Always use layout and BOM together with these pictures when assembling the kit.

So once again: Build the amp using the layout picture and Bill of materials (BOM). Use these photos as support but not as primary instructions.
