Champ / Princeton reverb tube amp power transformer (USA 120V model)

Princeton and Champ power transformers. We have tested the transformer with dynamic loads for hours. The performance has been flawless.

Specifications:

• Fits directly into projects like Champ and Princeton Reverb
• Primary: 120VAC
• Secondary 1: 325 - 0 - 325V 0,1A
• 0-6,3V CT 2A
• 0-5V 2A (5U4 rectifier does not work with this transformer)
• EI76 package, thus fits directly into Champ and Princeton Reverb enclosures
• Comparable to Hammond 291AEX, but more convenient to use as secondary only has a 120VAC coil

UralTone tests:

• In a Champ circuit, DC voltage approx. 360VDC (with 45mA load) - transformer doesn’t overheat
• With a 5Y3 rectifier and a 100mA load, DC 330V
• With a diode rectifier and a 60mA load, DC 430V
• With a diode rectifier and a 120mA load, DC 395V
