The UralTone Jr is our most popular kit ever. It is a quite unique double single ended design that is soundwise based on the american tube amp tradition. It has very dynamic and transparent clean sounds and great mild overdrive tones. Excellent for all players and builders who respect traditional tube amp sounds.

Works great with fuzz, overdrive and distortion pedals!

The popular UralTone Jr kit has been updated to a new version. It now comes with a sturdier chassis made from 2mm aluminium sheet, larger mains transformer and optional regulator for the power supply.

Features:

• Pre amp with volume and tone , ECC83/12AX7 (tai 12AU7, 12AT7, 12AY7, 5751...)

• "Double Single ended" (DSE) power amp

• Both power tubes have individual volume controls (shared output transformer)

• Can be used with. 6V6, 6L6, 5881, EL34, KT66, 6P3C , KT88, 6550 tubes etc.

• Power amp works in class A

• Power output (depending tubes used) 3,5-20W (Full distortion)

• Tube rectified, full tube amplifier

• Works best with 2-8ohmin speakers. Ideal setting depends on power amp tubes. Amplifier can cope qute well with unmatched impedances.

• Adjustable line out.

• Front panel rotary switch alters the gain and bandwidth of pre amp. Setting: 1: normal, 2. mild bass cut and treble boost, 3 stronger bass cut and treble boost, 4. bass cut / treble boost + presense by feedback. 5. Full bandwidth boost + presence add, 6. Full bandwidth boost.

• Built on eyelet board as many good boutique amps are done.

• Easy to build and mod. Really robust structure.

Price includes all needed parts for building the amplifier. Wooden parts, speakers etc. are not included in the kit.
