Orders in Finland:

International orders:

All orders have to be made in our web shop. All prices include 24% VAT (or 10% in book prives). If you have valid VAT number we can send your orders as VAT free inside EU. PLEASE make account to our shop and email us your VAT ID and we will update your account to EU bussiness account. Orders collected from our store always includes VAT.

Payment

All international orders have to be payed in advance to UralTone amplification OY during checkout process at our web-shop. You can use PAYPAL or Credit cards.

All products sold on reduced prices, electronic components and other professional electronics can not be returned. All returns must be agreed by email before sending it back. UralTone amplification does not pay any shipping costs on international returns.

Postage and handling charges

You can see actual shipping costs at Shopping Cart page for your order by putting all the products you want to order to shopping cart and filling your address information.

EUROPE:

Small items (under 30mm) can be send in Letter Priority. Costs are 6€.

Packets 0-35kg: For Europe 12-25€, for rest of the world 20-35€.

EMS: For most of the order shipping cost is 25-30€!

For very large packets shipping costs may be higher. We cannot send Spray cans or aluminium profiles outside Finland.

Pickup from our store

If you happen to visit Finland, you can pick up your order from our store.
All deliveries done in our store are subject to VAT 24%. (No tax free)

Warranty

All components and tubes have one month (30days) warranty unless otherwise noted. Warranty expires if component has been misused, soldered or modificated. All musical instrument equipment like EH effect pedals have manufacturers warranty that duration depends on product and manufacturer. All UralTone products have one year or longer warranty. Ask for more details. UralTone amplification do not pay shipping costs on international returns.

Reclamations

If you find an error on the delivery we have made or ordered product you'll need to make complaint in two weeks of receiving the shipment. This is done by e-mail before sending anything back. Include your name, the order number and invoice with detailed description of the defect.
